and try these steps:
1. try just swayin back and forith into your hips with your legs shoulder with apart
2. then bend your knees and add a little hip action to it... sorta "dip" your hips
3. sorta feel the music and make circles with just your hips now
4. just free style with only your hips
to put it all together put a guy behind you.. if your attracted to him.. usually he'll put his hands on your hips.. just sorta lock your fingers with his and just move iwth your hips up against his "area"
mainly move with the music. If this doesnt help.. try watching some music videos to some hip-hop rap songs.. like on MTV VH1 or BET (prob. best for grinding) and just work it!
