so there's this guy..
16f. so ya, i've had my eye on him for a long time. we were "boyfriend & girlfriend" in 6th grade haha, but then my best friend told me he didnt like me anymore (which was a lie), so i ended that little fling & we just kinda stopped talking. then she started telling him that i liked him and wanted to go back out w/ him like everyday, because she liked him and wanted to make me look completely stupid. now me and her are best friends & those days are over. now i like that guy, not for like the reasons in the past and stuff because c'mon that was 6th grade. but i like him now and idk where to go from here.

Just take it slow. Say hi to him sometime when you are walking by or just go up to him and start talking to him (for maybe a minute). Nothing big. Once he sees that you guys are talking again, and maybe even becoming friends again, he will be more open to the idea of you guys getting back together. If you want to be blunt about it, just say, "remember in 6th grade when I broke up with you, well i was young and I made a mistake. You wanna give it another shot." I think if even my worst experience with a girl, if she would come up to me and say that I would probably forgive her and want to go out with her. And you didn't even do anything bad, you were like 12 years old.
