hi you're answers are funny. ahah, but anyway.. my question. does lifting weights only make the top of your arm bigger, or does it work on the bottom too? because it just seems like the top is getting bigger for me.

Depends on what part of the arm you're talking about and the particular exercise you are doing. For example Preacher curls target the lower biceps while Incline Curls tend to work the upper bicep due to their angle. Or it could be the triceps.
If you're talking about your forearms; then yea those will get bigger as you progress and you gain some grip strength. ]
