You answered a question way back when about London Time zones nad E.S.T. well I want some clarification on the answer you gave me.
This was your answer: Take eastern time and add 5 hours to it to get London time. Add 1 additional hour if it's British Summer Time(their version of daylight savings). British Summer Time occurs between the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October. Add another additional hour if it's also daylight savings time in the US.
What im wondering is lets say its april 1st. and its 12:00 pm E.S.T. what time would it be in London.
What about on September 1st and December 1st?!
thanks so much. I'm moving there, so I really want to get the time difference straight.
Take a look at this: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
London is in western European time, which is +0 UTC(universal coordinated time) from November to March, and +1 UTC from April to October.
Eastern standard time is -5 UTC March to October, and -4 UTC November to March.
So on April first, at 12 PM ET, it'll be 6PM in London
