i want really nice legs..how can i get them w.o looking like i have man legs??...and also my thighs are sooo bigg....can you lose weight in your thighs??..if so how???...and my arms are really skinny how can i get more weight up there....mostly around the wrist...and i want a flat stomach how can i do that??
christina answered Saturday March 24 2007, 2:17 pm: You can't make your wrists bigger, and to get a flat stomach you have to do tons of crunches. Just exercise your legs like running or walking. And you can't lose weight in just one spot, it's impossible.
