Question Posted Thursday March 22 2007, 7:06 pm

I have to go up in front of the entire class and work on a dummie/manaquin tomorrow. Everyone in my entire class has already done it. The problem is I dont know how to do it. Can someone please tell me the steps on how to do CPR on a dummie because I want to get certified. Im really scared to do this. Everyone knows how to do it, except me. So tell me step by step how to do it so I can practice.???

If you want the chest to rise you have to pinch the nose closed.

Here is a site on the basics. This is for adults. baby's and children are not the same.

I can't believe they would certify someone without hours of training. Yikes.
