my arm pimples

Hi. I have had pimples on my arms for a while now and i need to get rid of them before summer starts! any suggestions or ideas?

Kso, first of all, those things on your arms aren`t really considered PIMPLES, they`re characterized by bums of keratin protein in hair openings. You can smooth them down by exfoliating daily with a loofah or a uf Puf sponge [found in pretty much any drug store]. Also, you can use Neutrogena`s Acne Body Wash, Body Clear Scrub, and/or Body Clear wash...they should get rid of those whiteheads/bumps on your arms.
