this music that i've heard..

Please only answer this question if you are familiar with cumbia/Latin/reggaeton music.

I fell in love with this type of music. I heard this music in Mendoza, Argentina where I went last month on vacation. I'm pretty sure that the type of music is Cumbia. The songs repeatedly go 'Sa sa sa sa, sa, sa sa sa sa' and then it has some other words in Spanish that I couldn't catch. I've tried Google but it doesn't give me the results that I need. I need to know this please. Thanks in advance.
