Party Clothes

I am going to a party Saturday with people from another school who I do not know very well. It's just a birthday party; but supposedly the guy who throws these parties makes them crazy fun [hookups, major freak lines and stuff].
The thing is, I need a cute, sexy, not sleezy outfit. Skirts are a "no no"... I do not want to look like I am dressing up.
I dress sort of preppy/vintagey.
Does anyone have any good ideas?

Boot cut, dark jeans, and umm tight tank top. Make sure the top is hot, but not too slutty, pink or light blue would be nice. Have fun :)
