thigh fat

I'm skinney but I have really fat thigh that hang out. What are some excercises to get rid of them? And please tell me about how long and how many I need to do them.

Well i kinda have the same issue as you. If you have a bike then you should ride it a lot. It works out your thighs and it turns the fat into muscle. You should probably ride your bike like 4 times a week. I ride my bike everyday and it really helps. Hope it helps you
