we've been dating; but no exclusivly; and neither of us have been tested...or at least i havent ask him...
anyway..
He fingered me and i gave him a HJ.

and i get an STD from that?

Herpes as well as HPV is spread by skin to skin contact, and it is possible to catch it when the other person doesn't show any symptoms. You could get a number of other diseases if he had semen on his hand, and then fingered you. But you can only get one if he has one. I'd say that your chances of getting one is pretty slim, but if you plan on persuing this for any amount of time, I would ask him about what he has done in the past, and if needed get tested.
