so i get up at 6:30 and go 2 bed at about 10
soooo i read that if i sleep 2 long it's gonna be harder 2 wake up , cause another person postet a question like this. but i am always so tired in the morning it's really hard 2 get up although i get enough sleep? and i tried 2 sleep more , i went 2 bed at about 8:30 and i got like 11 hours of sleep and i felt SO much better in the morning and it wasn't hard 2 get up at all. so i don't really get it , isn't that way 2 much sleep?
and i don't wanna go 2 bed that early every day. what can i do 2 be less tired cause i am SOOO tired all the time. i'm 14/f by the way

try taking a nap when you get home from school. thats what i do. and then i get up and do my hw and i when i go to bed, i sleep good and when i wake up, im refreshed.

hey, i answered that question before and USUALLY it is harder for people to get up if they sleep a lot longer than they usually do. however, if you feel better and its easier to get up, there is no harm in sleeping to more hours. its all about how you personally feel.

hey

i know what you mean
i go to bed at about 10 and i wake up at like 615 and its hell for me to wake up

heres my advice


*eat healthy
*get good rest
*make sure you limit tv,computer etc
*take calming showers
*don't stress over anything small
*set a schedule for homework , dinner , hanging out etc .
*try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night
*go to bed maybe an hour earlier [it helps!]
*wake up maybe at 6:45
*eat a good breakfast

and always stay positive !!
