I'm not positive if this is what you are looking for, but how i do it is (it's hard to explain) I pull down on my upper cheek (like put your fingers on your high cheek bones, and pull down, and then there is almost like a line (like the rim of your lower eye, and i put eye liner on that (just use an eye liner pencil) you have to have a certain kind of eyeliner (b/c some dont work, and idk why) but i have NYC eyeliner and it works amazzingly.
I hope this helps, and i hope that it wasnt too confusing (if it was, let me know, and i'll try to explain it differently)
