sick... horrible timing, ugh. =[

Question Posted Sunday March 11 2007, 2:31 pm

ive been getting sick for about a week now... it was never really full blown, just seemed like i was going to end up sick soon. ive been using airborne, drinking lots of tea and orange juice, and getting lots of sleep. 2 days ago i kind of lost my voice... i don't know how because i wasnt like yelling or anything. and i still sound funny today, its been like this for 2 days now. well today i woke up and i felt the worst i have so far. i still don't feel horrible, but i have lacrosse tryouts tomorrow after school. i already have a disadvantage because i dont have great endurance due to an anemia thing i got going on. i want to make the team more than anything and im so scared that being sick is going to hold me back a lot. is there anything i can do or is it too late and now i just have to wait for the sickness to pass?

Take vitamins, get a lot of rest and continue what you are doing! It might not stop your sickness but it is probably preventing you from getting worse than you are now. Good luck at tryouts!
