Ugh. Antibiotics.

Question Posted Wednesday March 7 2007, 9:06 pm

My dermatologist put me on minocycline for my acne. It's the third antibiotic he's put me on. And the first that's made the enamel on my teeth like, see through. Is this permanent, or temporary? Also, should I stop taking it NOW, or wait to talk to a doctor?

I'd call the doctor and talk to his nurse or something. You can't have your teeth looking strange. :)

You might also want to consult with your dentist. I don't know if it would be permenant or not but you
probably should check with the dentist and find out.
You can talk to his nurse too and you may not have to go into the office. :)
