pimples in differnt places?

ok so ever since i started using "Acne Free" i've been having less pimples on my face but now they're showing up in weird places like a have a really big one on my butt ( i know gross.) and it hurts so much when i sit down and i've been getting them on my back to, and they're not small, they're big. how can i get rid of them and preventing them from happening?

Well, for btoh areas, you can buy/us Neautrogena's [misspelled] Acne Oil-free body wash.
Also, you SHOULD NOT pop them- they`ll get worse and leave a scar...
