just like heaven
hi well this is for anyone who's ever been to san fransisco or seen just like heaven, the movie. well anyway, i was just wandering if sanfransisco is like how it is in the movie, with good weather, great views etc? oh and ive never been to USA before so like any info would be appreciated. thanks.

I currently study in San Francisco- it's such a beautiful city. Really, just like the movie shows. Of course not all the city has such beautiful views- it all depends on what area you're in. San Francisco is such a diverse city; both architecturally and culturally. I'd say that most of the city is really beautiful, as the old "victorian" style arquitecture is preserved.
But about the weather-- many people assume that since SF is in California, it is warm and sunny throughout the year. This is not true. Most of the time the weather is quite cloudy and foggy. Actually, we get late summers, so it is very nice in October. There are sunny days occasionally, but it's not something that the movies show (how it's always sunny). It is a really beautiful city, but the weather is generally not so great. Well, compared to the east coast, the weather is fine.
