Edward Scissorhands

In Edward Scissorhands.. Kim is wearing a white dress towards the end. it looks like silkyish, and it looks like a belt on top but it isnt. does anyone know where i can get the exact one or one almost like it?

there are many many types of dresses from forever 21 with belts, or belt type things. if i showed them all to you i would be there all day, so you can take it upon yourself and look around.

also you can just get a regular dress and then put a belt on it. there are some cute ones here, once again from forever 21.
