hi ok thismight not horrible and you are probally going to think why would i do this to myself but..lately i have been cutting myself atleast 3 cuts a day my life has just been bad lately and i know i should not cut myself for it but it almost just makes me feel better...what should i do to get over it? thanks katie your awesome

No life is worth giving up, and no wrist is worth cutting. When (and you will) you stop cutting, your going to think "wow that was such a waste of my life being so depressed". dont let issues get to you, its your life and don't waste it being depressed. I know its not that easy to stop being sad or upset, but you've got to try. If its such a serious problem, go to the doctor and he might perscribe you antidepressant. You can try to keep yourself busy so that you dont have time to injure yourself by hanging out with friends alot and just trying not to be alone so you cant do anything.
