im 13 and 121
is that bad?
i used to be 97 before camp
before camp i also did like 100 jumping jacks
and 300 crunches a day
but now i don't do nearly as many
i want to get back to 97
annd fast
how long will it take?
what should i do?

121 isnt bad. dont worry at all about the number if you look slim and not realllly huge dont worry about it.

The excerise may have increased your weight because muscle weighs more than fat.
Getting back to 97 may be tricky but theNUMBER ONE THING YOU SHOULD NOT DO is to starve yourself NOPE NOPE.


Their is a diet where you drink lemonade, water,pinapple, and cheese i believe so do that for about a few days and than there is an other one (these are very fast results. and NO solids) where you eat pinapple ha i cant spell and eat tuna with nothing on it and lemonade.

That should do it.
