Shoulder pricks For the past two days I have had this little prick on my shoulder which I thought was cool because my muscles get stiff sometimes when I don't strech properly. Put this one felt like a sting every time I moved. It's kind of on the lower shoulder a little towards my back and moderately close to my neck.
So I had my friend try to massage the crink out. He was doing it and all of a sudden I started getting dizzy and felt faint. I thought it would pass but it didn't so he told me to lie down on the floor on my back. My ears were ringing very loudly. I closed my eyes until the feeling passed but my ears still rung for another twenty minutes.
The crick is still in my neck/shoulder/back and I don't know what to do about it. It's painful. Was the dizzyness connected to it and should I be worried about this? How do I get it out?

If it's that painful you should go to your doctor. It may just be muscle spasms, which can be very painful, it may be a trapped nerve, which is worse. It could be something else. No one here is going to be able to tell you for sure as you need to be examined.
The sooner you get it checked out the sooner the pain should start to ease.
Good luck. ]
