Junk Food I gave junk food up for Lent.
But I'm not sure...
1]are granola bars (espeically w chocolate chip] junk food?
2] what are other foods i can eat, besides fruits and veggies that can replace it?

Hey. Nope I wouldn't consider granola bars junk food because they're actually really good for you. Things such as cups of fruit, or applesauce can be good. Or a peach with half a scoop of froozen yogurt is something I'd consider healthy. Also, a flavored fruit shake would be a tasty alternative. Things like these are yummy but also not considered junk food. I really hope this helped! =)

nopes. granola's pretty healthy.
if you get things you can heat up in the microwave, like waffles or mini pizzas, they're good. If you wanna do your own, you can use tortillas and sauce and cheese(its really pretty healthy). You can also do things like yogurt and fruit. Good for you, AND yummy. I personally like to eat salsa con quesa with a couple of tortilla chips(I eat the healthy kind). It tastes junky, but is good for you.
