my computer wont play videos!

No videos anywhere on the internet will play on my computer anymore. they used to but not anymore. and there was nothing added to my computer to mess it up. whats wrong with my computer and what can i do to fix it?

it says i have the newest version of adobe flash player..

It might be that you flash was not upgraded whenever they made a new version.
