weight 13/f 5'4.im underweight and overweight in different places.overweight mainly.just because of my stomach.my arms are wayy small i cant even lift 15.but i can lift 100 with my legs there big.and my lower stomach is all fat its discusting.i hate my body.i cant turn my arm since i broke it and they said it was but they couldnt find where so they didnt do anything for it AND IT WAS BROKE so now i cant move it im guna start therapy soon.i can do sit ups and running and i canot do pull ups push ups.what exercises could i do for my fat stomach and hurt tiny weak arms.and does any have the weight chart or wat ever you call it the weights for hights and everything.and i need to know exercises~help mee~

well contine what your doing but like for your arms, lift weights when your arm gets better.
you dont have to start with alot, the gym i go to has 1 pound weights so just work your weight up.

I would just stick with sit ups and running for your stomach and legs.. the physical therapist will help you with your arms. ]
