13/f 5'4.im underweight and overweight in different places.overweight mainly.just because of my stomach.my arms are wayy small i cant even lift 15.but i can lift 100 with my legs there big.and my lower stomach is all fat its discusting.i hate my body.i cant turn my arm since i broke it and they said it was but they couldnt find where so they didnt do anything for it AND IT WAS BROKE so now i cant move it im guna start therapy soon.i can do sit ups and running and i canot do pull ups push ups.what exercises could i do for my fat stomach and hurt tiny weak arms.and does any have the weight chart or wat ever you call it the weights for hights and everything.and i need to know exercises~help mee~
