i m a virgin and i got fingered 2 times and ate out 2 times can the doctor tell ? and if my mom is not in the room when they look do they tell her if they see it?

If it was consensual then no. Unless the fingering broke your hymen (the bit of skin that is broken during first-time sex but can also be broken by fingering, using tampons and sports etc). Doctor can't tell if you have been eaten out or not.
If you are old enough (which I assume you are), the doctor will ask you about it first or will at least ask if s/he can tell your mother. Usually this would only come up if there's something about it that will raise concern, if not there is no point in telling anyone.
