I have a windows over 2000.

Could someone send me the EXACT link to download for GIMP. Everytime I download it it takes forever and doesnt work.

but it won't work unless you install this FIRST:

You may have been trying to download the source code, which is the first links on the download page of [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) , you have to do some digging to find the windows binary files.
