I have problems with my iHome ih5

Question Posted Saturday February 17 2007, 11:34 am

1. When I set my alarm to wake to my iPod, it gradually gets louder to 20! Pesronally, that's way to loud for me! What can I do to make it now get so loud?
2. My LCD light won't work. What can I do to get it to work!? For 3 weeks, when I click it, it won't work. I've tried unplugging it for a while so it can restart...still no luck.
