Hey! I've read your column and you seem to give really good advice. I have really low self confidence. People tell me this quite often, and how I am a good person. I just never feel skinny enough, pretty enough, smart enough, or good enough. What should I do? I think it's starting to get on people's nerves.
Much Love <3

you're better than what you give yourself credit for.eveything you do , do it like you can do it perfectly. i have confidence issues too, i do , but what keeps me going through the day, and what keeps me from breaking down, is knowing that i have such good friends who like me the way i am, and i should too.you can accomplish anythng if you focus and put your mind to it. you have the potential to become anything you wanted to be, don't let anyone including your parents, make you think otherwise.an if you ever have anymore self confidence issues my sn is mrsphantom4. yo can talk to me anytime.
