king leopold's ghost?

i'm taking history 103, and we're reading king leopold's ghost. i'm currently on chapters 13 & 14 [which is required to be read by tomorrow, i'm in the process] i'm just not understanding much of it. anyone have any help, or any website i can get help or summaries or something to guide me along?
