Fatty. So basically my title exaplins it all.
Im a little over weight and i want to lose
so weight for graduation that is coming up.
Is there anything that i can do to lose a couple of pounds. And im eating small helthy meals an it is not working. Thanks.

you shouldnt really work out until you get to youb desired weight and need to tone because muscle is harder to lose try eating more water based foods...if you need to know some let me know..you could also workout a diet plan that would suit you the best with your doctor. ]
Excercise!!! Dance Dance Revolution is soo much fun and U can always do sports u like or go to the gym! the gym is actually fun ]
eat about 6 small healthy meals a day, this way your metabolism will speed up, also if you get hungry in between try snacking on celary, they are negative calories oh and stay away from soda ]
