Sims wont work.
So i've been trying to play sims lately, but it hasn't been able to load up... but every time i try to get the game to play, a message comes up saying "The Sims 2 Nightlife has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". Then, it continues to ask wheher I'd like to debug, send an error report or dont' send an error report.
I've already tried to reinstall, which didn't work, and i can't reinstall the whole sims game, because i lost two of the four disks needed.
any ideas on what to do?
i've already tried customer service, but didnt' really get a response.

that happens to me sometimes too, but not all the time. Usually for me its because I entered in cheat codes and the codes can mess up things sometimes or i press the sim icon mad times and it says its already startingg. Sometimes I try to enter a certain home and it never works and cancels, but i dont know other than that. Try customer service again.
