my bff is a guy~wev ben bffs since 5th grade~my friend told him i liked him and he likes me to~im gothic but i hug every1 even him so his mom wont let him see me or even talk~she doesnt want girls huggin him and she hates anyone who wears black now~i dyed my hair brown~i had red streaks w/ black hair~i havent been wearin as much black clothes and i never even wore tht much black~so i still cant even see or talk to him~she hates everything about me now tht she found out i like him and he likes me~she never used to~now she hates my clothes hair music jewelery and my personality

ouch. well somehow you have to talk to his mom and tell her how you guys are best friends and how she shouldn't try to take him away from you. If your worried about it maybe ask your mom to talk to her for you. Mom's tend to agree and this way his mother is talking to someone she respects to some degree. If she still rejects you then maybe meet up with him privately like at school or the mall like you do. I really think you should try to get on his mother's good side. Maybe your bff can tell you something that you have in common with his mother for you to strike up a positive conversation. Then gradually go to the point of how you think its unfair for her to judge you and how you have been bff's for a very long time. If shes soo worried about hugging dont hug him infront of the woman. I hug everyone too but never a guy im not going out with infront of a parent. You really need to get this woman to listen!
