Is it true that the Beatles did drugs even before they first got turned on to pot?I knew that they drank but I heard that they also used Amphetamines or something,which doesn't seem likely to me.If they did,how was it compared to their later drug use?

I don't know about amphetamines, but I know they did alot of LSD.

yep they did lsd and acid for sure..look at that whole yellow submarine thing..its definetly from some kind of acid trip.

They took Phenmetrazine, a stimulant kind of like amphetamines. It was legal when they used it, though it isn't any more. They then did marijuana, and later LSD. None of those are particularly harmful to the body; many legal drugs are worse.
