They are probably just worried about you--they are your parents, and they don't want you to get hurt. Tell them you will bring a cellphone and put it on vibrate so that if they need to call and see if you are alright, they can, OR you can call during an intermission or something to let them know how things are going and if everythings ok.
Safety:
-Promise to stay in a place with crowds because then if something were to happen to you, such as someone attempting to kidnap you(not to make you worry-its just safety), people will see you for SURE.
-If by any chance you did get attacked by someone scream "HELP!". Do NOT /just/ scream, because many people wont realize that you are screaming for help, they may think you are just a teen fooling around and wont turn around and see you. When people hear you scream "Help" I sware they will turn their heads so fast and see you.
But this is way off topic--just let your parents know you will do those things and be careful and responsible.

I would NOT sell them on Ebay or any other auction site because the concert promotor can cancel those tickets at their discretion if they have been sold online.
If they do that then nobody can enter the arena with them and you're on the hook to anyone who bought them that has a case against you. The best thing to do is ask your parents the reason you cannot go.
Clamly explain that the tickets cost X amount and that you are now responsible for paying for your ticket even if you are not going. Odds are your parents won't want you to pay for the ticket and will relent. Have them call his parents and talk about the concert and work things out. I'm sure you can compromise.
