Hello. It's me again. I was reading your questions and it said that you have been taking birth control for a little while now. I have a question. Does birth control make you gain weight? I have talked to a few people who are "bigger" who take birth control and they said the pill made them gain weight.

Yes, that's a common side effect. But from my personal experience, I didn't gain a pound for being on it. Infact, I probably maintained my weight because I didn't have too much of an appetite. But since I've been off of it (for a couple of months now), I've noticed I'm more hungry more often..causing me put on a couple pounds. But every person's body will react differently. The best thing to do is talk to your gynecologist & try to find the brand that'll work best for you. Give it a month before deciding whether or not that birth control is good for you. If not, you can go back to your gynecologist to try another one. :)
