does anyone know if there's like a reason jt got killed off degrassi. like in real life. like was ryan a bad actor or something? did it have anything to do with ryan?
FlipShawtii answered Thursday February 1 2007, 6:11 pm: ryan had to too choose to either go to college or stay at degrassi, but since the writers decided to kill jt off, then ryan said he was fine with it so now he's going to college. [ FlipShawtii's advice column | Ask FlipShawtii A Question ]

PunkieFreak4690 answered Thursday February 1 2007, 4:49 pm: I am a total Degrassi addict, as well. And no, there really wasn't a specific reason for him leaving. It was just part of the script, and he had to do it. As far as I am concerned, it had nothing to do with his acting quality or anything.
On the-n, they some times play a little "behind-the-scenes" and they had one about Ryan Hooley leaving Degrassi, in case you never saw that one. Pretty sad. It's so horrible he left because he was a wonderful actor! [ PunkieFreak4690's advice column | Ask PunkieFreak4690 A Question ]
XSugarPieX77 answered Thursday February 1 2007, 4:31 pm: Ha yes, i love degrassi, im an addict. I'm sure it didnt have anything to do with ryan, because he said someweres that he had known about it before the season started. It was just time for his character to be done with, just like the guy that played Rick. In my opinion, ryan seemed like his acting was going down hill, but im sure thats not the reason. Hope i helped!
