Trouble...
k there's like a problem with my computer's norton anti virus thing. well it did expire but i som how unknowingly uninstalled it and i gave my computer a system recovery thing and it didnt come back even though it came with the computer when i first bought it. so i decided to use the disk to reinstall it even tho its out of date but it wont continue cuz the old version is still there and it says to uninstall the old version on add or remove programs thing so i went there and found the program but when i click remove it wont get removed. im thinkin of buyin the updated norton antivirus but i dunno wat if i install that but it wont continue since the old version is stuck on my computer and i cant get rid of it. this is all confusing to me.

i would say maybe talk to the computer teacher at your school or take it into a computer shop and have them deal with it because i know that my brother tried to deal with a simular problem last year and just about crashed our computer and it took my hours to get it working again and so i wouldnt be messing around with things you dont understand you could get virus' and spywear and that is just about as bad as it crashing the hard drive
