andalixsays answered Tuesday January 30 2007, 8:03 pm:
get some neutral tops, navy and brown are really good colors, and jeans. go crazy with accessories. thats what usually shows creativity, and it can be really cheap. if you live near a big city, go into the best shoppiing area and get a lot, but limit the amount of money you spend per accessory. big beads and dangly earrings really stand out, and theyre really pretty. it will show creativity, but not cost a lot.
