First off, link your two screennames- go to Edit, then Settings, then the Buddy List tab. Find Linked Screen Names, then Manage Linked Screen Names. Follow the instructions, then sign out and back in. Your new screenname and your old should be linked now. Now's the easy part-send your old buddy list to your new screenname.

Good luck!
