Boy- o- boy- again
like someone has said that i liked him and i pretend that i dont like him and get all mad because i am scared AND i want to see what he will say back. Someone has talked about us making out and he has said-- i will never let that happen-- so i feel really retarded saying anything. But he is really sweet and he knows how i feel about if guys ask me out i will ALWAYS give them a chance. So if he felt anything i would think he would ask. He is very open about things and ALWAYS is willing to listen to me about my personaly problems. But im still scared. Im not sure if he is also pretending not to like me or if he really doesn't. Im not the hottest girl in the world and i do have some mental isusse. But he still seems to except me.

In my opinion it sounds like to me he just wants to be friends. I could be wrong because just based on the information you gave me he doesn't sound interested.
But just like a lot of guys out there, he could be hiding it from you. But does he ever give out hints he may possibly like you? For instance, does he call you often? Does he spend time with you more than anyone else? Does he ever ask hypothetically what would happen if you two went out? Anything similar to that may tell you he might be interested at some extent. Some guys show it; some don't, so it's just a matter of testing him out a little bit. Don't ever try to pretend that you don't like him because then that will just tell him you are not interested.
Just keep your ears and eyes open. If you feel strongly that he may like you, try asking him how he feels about you.
You can either take it naturally, by spending more time with him, or talking to him more, and do various activities with him to let him know you are interested, or make the first move and ask him out.
Just show him you are interested without saying it.
