Well, first of all, I don't want to sound like your parent, but BE CAREFUL WITH OLDER GUYS! I am in high school and my guy friends that get together with middle school girls really do only think of one thing; sex. They think because the middle school girls want to seem older than they really are that they will give something up easily. So be careful!
Now that I'm done lecturing :) ...
Realistically, if your in the lowest grade at your school and he's in high school it's not going to work.
But if your in the top grade at your school you have a chance. Get to know him, smile at him when you see each other, you both know your cousin, talk about your cousin together.
