How do I convince my parents to let me get a belly button piercing?
14/f i really want to get my belly button pierced, but how do i convince my parents to let me? and also where can i get it done and how much will it cost?

1. Research the procedures, the cleaning process & facts that might convince them that it's completely safe & non-permanent.
2. To find places, look for local piercing & tattoo places by going on yahoo.com or looking in the yellow pages.
3. For prices, call those places you find or visit their websites. My guess for a belly button piercing would be $50 on average. But it all depends on where you go.

this probably won't help, but my mom got her bellybutton peirced and she said that if she had known how much it would hurt before she had it done, she wouldn't have gotten it pierced. so idk...but yea. it hurts. A LOT.

tell your parents that getting your belly button pierced isn't like you're getting your face pierced or a perinment tatoo and you can take it out if needed. it would probably cost around.. 50$ w/ the ring.. depending on where you go

my biggest advice is to go someplace CLEAN no matter what the price is because if it gets infected it hurts like a bitch and its a pain!
