hello :]]
i know everyone asks this
question, but i havent really
found the answer i want in the
other ones. of course, im trying
to loose wieght before summer and
get rid of some of my stomach =/.
im about 5'4 and 130lbs. i know,
im starting to eat healthier and
im gonna start to run when it gets
warmer, but where i live its been
quite cold the past two months.
any suggestions on excersises to do
that will acctually work and good,
healthy food to eat?

get off the computer & go do some sit ups, dress warm & ride your bike, ride a stationary bike, or do push ups.
