Can you really be skinny or burn off fat other than surgery? Because I'm just wondering..wouldn't you be skinney but then you'd have skin sagging out after your workout because your skin was stretched when you're fat? if not, then how?
ashmoe2 answered Tuesday January 23 2007, 8:18 pm: hey that only happens if your REALLY fat and you drop wait really fast if you keep working out it should tighten up your muscles and your skin at the same time......don't worry i dropped 20 pounds and nothing ike that happend to me and i'm still losing wieght and if yuo just keepat it you should be just fine [ ashmoe2's advice column | Ask ashmoe2 A Question ]
winteromancex answered Tuesday January 23 2007, 7:09 pm: True, that can be a problem, but only if you were morbid obese and i mean like maybe (200-400) depending on your height, however with no exercise it is likely that your skin will not be toned. I have, however, only seen adults whose skin did not go back after weight loss, so if you are young and growing dont stress about it. Just lose the weight and work out along the way and just like someone said below me. Having lots of skin is still better than being morbid obese. Just lose the weight carefully if you are talking about yourself or someone you know. Otherwize, I hope this answered your question!
