boy troubles =/
Hey. I've been reading your column lately and I like the way you give advice. I need you to help me out with something.
I really like this guy Jake, right? I'm 14 and he's 14 & he's in a few of my classes. Football player, hockey player, honor roll...perfect. We're friends & talk all the time, but we don't hang out one-on-one because I'm not as physically attractive as his past girlfriends.
I like him a lot, and I'd like him to ask me out, but I'm what my school would call fat-a size six. I know, I know. Fat. But is there a way that I can act, or something I can do, or say, or change my look, to make him like me as more than a friend?

dont strive to be skinny or pretty because i bet you are.
once in a while say, hey, your kind of cute not in a totally i like you way
just tell him how you feel...you probally didn't want to here that but, you have to express your feelings
its better that way!
i bet you are pretty and if he or his friends or ANYONE thinks that.....its there problem!
