When you're giving a hicky, you dont need to really make any sounds at all. Try not let any air in and you should be fine. As for the spit, as long as you're sucking without letting any air in, it shouldnt be much more than a bit wet. I'm sure he wont care. He'll probably be too busy paying attention to you! =)
