GirlFriend Spotting hafter being fingered

Hey im 16 from Texas and ,me and my gf have had sex a couple times and she gets her period and passes the pregnancy test and everything but the other day when i was fingering her i noticed a little light blood on my hand like she was spotting and shes not a virgin so i dont think i broke anything, what do u think could be wrong
anyhelp?

You probably just ripped her slightly- or like you said, she could just be spotting before her period.
