That's a good start.
Im always trying to lose weight also.
1.Drink lots and lots of water.
[Drink a lot of water before you eat every meal because when you eat you wont eat as much]
2.Eat Healthy.
3.EXCERISE[DANCE,JOG,ANTHING WITH MOVEMENT]
Most of all you should love who you are now.
