loosing wheight

im trying mi best to lose wheigth
i do crunches alot
and im trying to run
and im eating healthy
wut else can i do?

Hm.

That's a good start.
Im always trying to lose weight also.

1.Drink lots and lots of water.
[Drink a lot of water before you eat every meal because when you eat you wont eat as much]
2.Eat Healthy.
3.EXCERISE[DANCE,JOG,ANTHING WITH MOVEMENT]

Most of all you should love who you are now.
Im sure you are very beautiful.

Hopefully everything goes well.

To be true with you, you should love your body and don't care what people think women should look like. You will find someone t o love you for you.
