hey, I wear eyeliner and sometimes I like it to be really black, and I'm wonedering if I'm supposed to put it on the upper lashline (inner and outer) and the lower inner and outer?

I think that you could do the inner and outer on the bottom, but on the top you should probably just do the outer, I think it doesnt look as good if you have it to dark on the top,
