1st picture: hilary duff has on what you call smoky eye makeup. i cant really explain how to do it but heres a website with step by step instructions: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
also those are sidebangs. to get them to look like hilary duff's, cut long bangs on yourself and put them to the side. i love that look! or you can go to the salon and give the picture of hilary to the stylist and he/she will be able to do it for you.

pic #3: to get bangs like that, unless you want to screw up and make them look bad i suggest not to do them yourself. have your mom do it or go to the salon and show them the picture and they will do it 1000x better.
